Job Summary: The primary purpose of this position will be to ensure customer satisfaction and retention for our Blue Rhino Tank Exchange Business. In addition, a large focus will be put on growing the business through outbound calling to both existing Customers as well as potential Customers. This position requires a high school diploma and 1-3 years of Customer Service.
Essential Functions:
  • Has the ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment in a seasonal business with high volume peak times of the year.
  • Meets daily performance metric requirements which include call time, login adherence and quality guidelines for aspects of the job.
  • Acts as a helpful resource for Customers via phone, email and fax; responding to Customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Serves as a Customer Care advocate and records Customer feedback in Rhino-Net and prospect databases.
  • Faxes and emails requests for information about safety procedures and processes.
  • Troubleshoots customer inquiries, problems, requests and suggestions and determines appropriate solutions and/or responses.
  • Maintains daily lock report.
  • Participates in outbound calling campaigns to retain existing customers and generate additional revenue.
  • Supports T2 by contacting prospects and using selling skills to ensure growth in the marketplace.
  • Conducts Install calls to new Customers and validates process was smooth and successful.
  • Works additional tasks as needed to support the Customer Care Team.
  • High School Diploma Required
  • 1-3 years of Customer Service experience preferred
  • Selling skills a plus.
  • Advanced Computer Skills
  • Excellent Communications Skills; written and verbal
  • Proven Telephone Communication Skills
  • High Degree of Customer Focus
