Under general supervision, this position will code, configure, test, and document changes to existing systems including bug fixes and application enhancements.
Responsibilities:
  • Provides analysis, reporting, support, and data discovery services for end users.
  • Accesses business issues/data challenges and helps translate them to specific software requirements.
  • Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
  • Develops functional specifications and system design specifications.
  • Develops comprehensive unit test plans.
  • Executes unit and system tests.
  • Translates non-technical user's business needs into user requirements and technical design documents.
  • Collaborates with other team members to solve problems in an Agile Matrix organization.
  • Performs on-call duties on a set rotation.

Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or other IT related degree.
  • Minimum 3 years programming experience.
  • General knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer required.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud Lightning and/or Service Cloud Lightning required.
  • Experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, creating Visualforce pages and triggers required.
  • Hands-on experience preforming integrations preferred.
  • Possess a technical foundation that allows learning new technology quickly.
  • Ability to learn new skills without formal training when necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Professional customer-focused attitude and ability to interface directly with end-user clients.
