Blue Rhino is on the hunt for a Regulatory Sales Specialist to assist with data entry and reporting of customer accounts!

Essential Functions:
  • Maintains all licenses necessary for Family Dollar Stores.
  • This includes a minimum of the following functions & tasks:
    • Receives initial licenses via USPS mail and/or email
    • Copies, scans & uploads the licenses into the Dollar Tree (parent company) licensing website portal
    • Maintains the license data within Blue Rhino reporting systems and spreadsheet (received dates, expire dates, license fees, etc.).
    • Manages excel reports for purposes of renewing all Family Dollar annual LP Gas Tank Exchange Licenses.
    • Applies for licenses, as needed and communication from Family Dollar and communicates to Ferrellgas Service Units.
    • Prepares check requests, processes check upon receipt, and submits to the appropriate regulatory agencies. Maintains applications associated with the checks.
    • Mails hard copy of licenses to the stores.
    • Provides continual communication via phone/email to Ferrellgas Service Units and Family Dollar HQ license department personnel.
  • Maintains operational licenses for various states regulatory agencies, which enables Blue Rhino to operate with those states.
  • Queries and provides delivery history reports for other various Blue Rhino customers as needed to assist in maintaining appropriate licenses.
  • Queries other reports, when requested, for purposes of maintaining license renewals or reimbursing various Blue Rhino customers the license fees they paid, based on established & revised sales contracts (like Kroger, Food Lion, etc.).
  • Creates and distributes insurance certificates, via web-based program, for various regulatory agencies, Blue Rhino customers, property owners, leasing equipment companies, etc.
  • Works closely with the Sr. Sales Support Specialist and assists with paperwork processing, copying, scanning hard copy filing as needed for the sales team and their customers.
  • Executes other projects as requested by the SVP of Sales.
  • High school diploma required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales and administrative tasks, including hands on experience working with customers at all levels.
  • Must have customer service focused approach to work.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills.
