Job Summary:

Under general direction, this position acts as a liaison between National Account Customers and Ferrellgas locations that serve them. They provide overall day-to-day service support to National Account Customers and administrative support to the National Account Managers.

Essential Functions:

• Bid proposal preparations
• Prospect and research businesses as necessary
• Manage implementation of new accounts
• Assist accounting with billing and invoicing for National customers
• Ad hoc admin requests as delegated by sales team
• Address customer needs as they occur; while demonstrating a strong sense of customer service
• Maintain customer information systems - agreements, pricing, product information
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term success

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, finance or accounting
• Solid PC spreadsheet modeling skills
• Detailed planning and organization skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Adobe
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external sources
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Clear, effective and concise communication skills - verbal and written
