Responsibilities
As a Management Trainee, you'll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our Service Centers. Throughout the hands on training plan, you will obtain your CDL and master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own district, cultivate new business and develop your team all while receiving the guidance, mentoring and support you need to be successful.
We'll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, and operations. And you'll learn what it means to always put the customer first. Ours is a culture of friendly competition, which is critical to growing our business - and your success.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Must have a minimum of six months of face to face sales or customer service experience; OR six months of demonstrated leadership which could include the following: military, athletic/team activities, community, social or academic organizations.
  • Ability to obtain CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements within 90 days.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
