Job Summary: Under the direction of the Customer Support manager, this position serves as the primary contact for our day time emergency calls. This position is responsible for providing efficient and high-quality customer care. Provide timely and professional responses to customer relating to their emergency and order needs. Additional responsibilities include customer correspondence and documentation requests.
Essential Functions:
  • Handles external customer calls for emergency dispatch and customer inquiries
  • Researches and resolves invoice billing issues
  • Customer correspondence
  • Responsible for researching deductions
  • Handles customer inquiries regarding specialized billings
  • Troubleshooting and quick resolution
Experience:
  • High School diploma
  • Minimum of 2 years customer service or customer support work experience
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Fast and efficient keyboarding skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills-both oral and written
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to work independently to resolve issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel with a high rate of accuracy
