Blue Rhino is seeking an Account Manager to be a leader in driving new profitable business and creating business relationships that build customer loyalty. The Account Manager position requires a broad knowledge of Ferrellgas and Blue Rhino's policies, products and/or services.

Essential Functions:
  • Identifies prospective customers and qualifies sales opportunities.
  • Builds and maintains key customer relationships.
  • Makes value-based sales presentation to prospective customers.
  • Maintains key customer relationships.
  • Works with Marketing Department to build brand compliant customer files, power point presentations and follow-up letters.
  • Monitors the new customer installation process.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction and safety.
  • Works with Service Center and Blue Rhino Teams to identify potential customers and driver business growth primarily in the Blue Rhino customer Segment.
  • Continuously builds and maintains a pipeline of prospective customers, closed business and installed business to meet objectives.
  • Works with the General Manager and Marketing department to develop marketing plans and strategies for growth.
  • Communicates new customer expectations and follow through on commitments.
  • Responsible for meeting sales GMD annual goals and initiatives.
Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred but not required.
  • 1-2 years' sales experience.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to pass background check and have clean driving record.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • SFA - Sales Force Automation Software experience preferred.
  • Proven interpersonal, communication and organization skills.
  • Self-starter and team focused.
  • Sales Force, Sales Cloud experience PeopleSoft experience preferred but not required.
  • Proven sales background of achieving sales goals preferred.
